SIZECHART - What size should I get?
Sometimes it can be hard choosing size of a t-shirt without trying it on, but in our store, we try ot make it easy for you giving you the exact measurements for each type of t-shirt. Plus most of our tees are unisex and can be found on the three basic sizes (S, M, L).

SHIPPING - Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, of course. We ship to every country. Shipping costs are 8 euros (every country except for Spain) plus additional tax if you're within the EU (European Union). We do combine shipping so if you purchase more than one item you get a discount on shipping charge.
Is there any physical store where I could find your t-shirts?
Yes. Check out our stockists list to find out all the official distributors of our t-shirts.
How long will it take to ship my item?
As soon as I receive your payment I will ship your t-shirt. It usually takes around a week or two to get to most European and American Countries. It takes around 3 days inside Spain.
I got the wrong size. Can I exchange my t-shirt?
Yes I can do that but you’re going to have to cover the dispenses of the shipping (both the return of the t-shirt and the new certificate shipping back to you with the new size). You’re going to have to send us a payment of 8€ (UE) or 10€ (everywhere else) to laninadelabicirosa@hotmail.com and as soon as we recieve your t-shirt and the shipping payment we’ll send you the new one. We have this policy because exchancing t-shirts it’s an extra work and the shipping costs have to be covered. Just make sure you check out the size chart before you purchase the t-shirts or e-mail us if you have any doubts.
I didn't get my t-shirt. Will you resend it?
To present time we have NEVER had a case like this. All items ship internationally with a tracking number and get there safe. In case nobody picks them up from the post office and they get return we will reship too. In case this would ever happen we'd reship for free if somehow it was our fault or if you gave us a wrong or incomplete address or forgot to go to the post office and item got returned you are gonna have to send us a payment of 8€ (UE) or 10€ (everywhere else) to laninadelabicirosa@hotmail.com just like in the previous case. If so e-mail us to orders@elenagallen.com
How secure is this store?
This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

CUADRO DE TALLAS - ¿Qué talla escojo?
A veces puede ser complicado escoger talla sin probarse una camiseta, pero en nuestro caso, te ponemos facilidades indicándote las medidas exactas de cada modelo de camiseta y además, la mayoría son unisex y estás en los tres tallajes básicos (s, m, l).
ENVÍO - ¿Haces envíos internacionales?
Si, por supuesto. Hacemos envíos a todos los paises de Europa, Asia, Oceanía y América (Centro y Sudamérica incluídas). Los gastos de envío son 8 euros (a todos los paises excepto a España -donde son sólamente 5 euros-) más el IVA si estáis en la UE (Unión Europea). Combinamos gastos de envío, así que si el pedido es de más de un producto hacemos un descuento en los gastos de envío.
FORMAS DE PAGO ¿Puedo haceros un ingreso o pagar por transferencia bancaria? ¿Admitis contrareembolso?
En caso de vivir en España y no querer utilizar las formas de pago aceptadas en esta web (tarjeta de crédito y PAYPAL), puedes hacer tu pedido a nuestro e-mail orders@elenagallen.com indícandonos talla y modelo deseado, dirección postal. Te haremos llegar el total y en plazo de una semana deberás hacer el ingreso correspondiente al número de cuenta que te facilitaremos. En cuanto se haga efectivo tu paquete será enviado.
¿Cuánto tardaré en recibir mi pedido?
Suele tardar unos tres días dentro de España desde que sale de mi estudio. En cualquier caso tenemos el NÚMERO DE CERTIFICADO para comprobar el estado de vuestro envío en caso de que se retrase o surja algún inconveniente (cosa improbable).
He pedido una talla errónea ¿Podéis cambiarme la camiseta?
Quiero cambiar de talla, ¿es posible? Si, podemos cambiarte la camiseta siempre que este intacta pero tendrás que cubrir los portes (ambos, el de retorno de tu camiseta vía correo certificado y nuestro envío de la nueva talla). Tendrás que hacernos un ingreso de 5€ y en cuanto recibamos la camiseta te enviaremos la de nueva talla. Hemos tenido que establecer esta política porque no podemos estar cambiando camisetas indiscriminadamente. Es un trabajo extra y que cuesta dinero en envíos, así que fijaos en el cuadro de tallas antes de hacer vuestra compra o mandarnos un e-mail si tenéis alguna duda más.
No he recibido mi camiseta. ¿Me la reenviáis?
Todos los envíos se hacen por correo certificado y suelen llegar sin problema. En caso de que tu camiseta no te llegue debes contactar con nosotros en orders@elenagallen.com y comprobaremos el motivo. Suele deberse a que la camiseta ha sido devuelta (por dirección incompleta, errónea o no recogida del paquete). En caso de que fuera responsabilidad nuestra te la reenviariamos gratuitamente. En caso de que sea responsabilidad tuya (nos hayas indicado mal la dirección o no la hayas recogido) deberás hacernos un ingreso de 5€ a este número de cuenta 2013 0974 38 0200792051 y se te volverá a enviar.
